Paying Your Smart Energy Bill

You can pay for your energy bills on time every time with Direct Debit. Call us on 1300 133 055 and a member of our support team will help you setup direct debit

If you do not wish to setup a direct debit, you can pay for your energy bill online with BPay, Mastercard or Visa using our online payment page.

You can also download all of your bills and check your usage when you login to your customer portal. 

If you have not signed in before, or you do not know your password, please request a new password using the email you provided during sign up.
